The apartment is in a residential building, with neighbours who value their rest. We kindly ask guests to keep noise down, especially in the evening and at night, and not to hold parties.
Full transparency about the sensor
A sensor monitors noise, smoke and occupancy. There are no cameras and no audio recordings. If the noise level exceeds the limit, you receive a polite message through the booking platform.
The apartment is non-smoking, for a maximum of 2 guests, with no pets.

How does check-in work?

What is the minimum stay?
2 nights. Stays of 7 nights or more get a 10% discount, and stays of 28 nights or more a 20% discount.
Is there parking?
There is no reserved space. There are free spaces in the inner courtyard behind the building and paid spaces on the street, free between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Are there cameras in the apartment?
No. A sensor only monitors noise level, smoke, temperature and occupancy, with no images and no audio recordings.
What invoice will I receive?
The invoice is issued by PIAR MEDIA CONSULTING SRL, in the name given at booking, after your stay.
